Andrea LeBeouf serves as Imagine LA’s Senior Program Director. In this role, she oversees the Family Partnership Model which includes a contract with Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Housing for Health Intensive Case Management (ICMS) program, Economic Mobility, Whole Family Mentorship, and Alumni programming. She also leads Imagine LA’s Program Team, which consists of a 13-member team. Andrea continues to take on new projects and responsibilities, creating new and sustaining existing partnerships, and bringing new ideas while navigating major changes in the sector.
Andrea joined Imagine LA in 2021, driven by the organization’s commitment to addressing one of the most challenging social determinants of health: housing stability.
Andrea has more than 17 years’ experience as a professional social worker with government and nonprofit sector experience and expertise in program design, implementation and evaluation, community engagement, budget management, and advocacy. As a passionate social justice and behavioral health professional, she is a systems and data-driven thinker on a path to create inclusive and equitable solutions with the hopes of facilitating greater access to the resources individuals and families need to thrive. Andrea has witnessed and participated in efforts to use social health to move the sector forward and encourages the next generation of leaders to do the same.
Before joining Imagine LA, Andrea worked for many years as a clinical social worker then transitioned to program management working for Health Leads, a national nonprofit organization addressing social determinants of health. Andrea wanted to leverage her experience within the community she lives in and loves and made it her mission to continue her professional trajectory in Los Angeles, which led her to finding Imagine LA.
Andrea was a Fellow with the Magnolia Community Initiative from 2018 to 2019. In 2022, Andrea was selected by Bank of America to join their Neighborhood Builders Emerging Leaders program. As a leader, Andrea aims to foster a culture of mutual support, where team members feel valued and empowered to grow. Andrea recognizes that to best serve the families in our community, it is important to include them in decision making thus in 2022 she launched the Family Impact Council. The Imagine LA Family Impact Council is a partnership between families and Imagine LA dedicated to advancing comprehensive and compassionate family-centered care.
One of Andrea’s greatest strengths is she is a constant and courageous learner, always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally. Andrea is excited to join the 2024 Executive Leadership Network cohort to obtain additional tools and frameworks to elevate as a leader and network with other leaders.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys exploring the greater Los Angeles community, going to the beach, traveling, and volunteering within her community.

Eric is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering, where he oversees government affairs, strategic planning, employee development, and special projects. As a member of the Executive Team for the Bureau, Eric advises the City Engineer on policy development, budgeting, and strategic relationships. When not escaping to the mountains to hike and ski, Eric enjoys exploring Los Angeles’ diverse neighborhoods on foot, by bike, and by bus. Erika Bonilla

Erika Bonilla is a Budget Manager at the Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office, making recommendations related to budget and policy for the Health and Mental Health Services (HMHS) departments. Erika formulates recommendations that support the Countywide approach to expanding health and mental health services, criminal justice reform initiatives supporting a ‘Care First’ vision and an array of programming to support the unhoused. Erika was previously an Assistant Director with the LA County Library system, comprised of 87 library locations, and responsible for all administrative support functions including human resources, budget, finance, contracts administration, purchasing, and legislative and grant coordination. She has over twenty-five years of experience working for Los Angeles County and previous roles include working for the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Erika is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach. She is also a graduate of the Los Angeles County Executive Leadership Development Program, an award-winning program offered in partnership with the University of Southern California, Sol Price School of Public Policy. Through Coro’s Executive Leadership Network, Erika hopes to enhance her leadership skills through the facilitated sessions, receive valuable insights by engaging the executive coach, as well as develop long-lasting relationships by tapping into the professional peer network.
Joumana Silyan-Saba

Joumana Silyan-Saba is an accomplished public leader, with a career in public service spanning 20 years of experience in non-profit, city government and academia. With a sense of optimism, Joumana is committed to diplomacy and bringing about social change to expand equity and inclusion. She currently serves as the Director of Policy and Discrimination Enforcement for the Los Angeles City Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department. In this role, she is instituting the discrimination enforcement operation aimed at implementing the LA Civil Rights Law and
leads hate prevention efforts. She previously led efforts in Mayor Garcetti’s Office for Public Safety, and served as a Senior Policy Analyst for the City of Los Angeles Human Relations Commission where she led city-wide multi-faith engagements and advocated to advance various social justice policies.
As a thought leader, she has published research and contributed to articles on topics related to hate and extremism, faith engagement, and social cohesion. Ms. Silyan-Saba Chairs the Board of Directors for Life after Hate, and serves as the Co-Chair of the LAPD training Professional Advisory Committee.
Ms. Silyan-Saba has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and earned a Master’s degree in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Management. She served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and taught graduate courses on public policy conflict and peacebuilding. Ms. Silyan-Saba served as a non-resident Fellow at George Washington University Program on Extremism, and was invited to conduct trainings on community-law enforcement partnerships in South East Asia.

Karin (Kareene) has been leading in Software companies as a senior leader for years. Her engineering background and MBA opened doors for her and now she is focused on giving back. Karin is a passionate advocate for women in STEM and is just a few months shy of earning her Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University. Her Ph.D. focuses on keeping girls and women in STEM. Karin continues to provide consulting services through Green Side Consulting, where she is a Principal Leadership Consultant, and she coaches women for positive career breakthroughs. Karin is an active member of AAUW, presenting her research on women in STEM to inspire the next generation of female leaders. Karin’s passion for women’s success led her to Coro and she is looking forward to meeting other women who share her desire to make the world a better place for women and girls.

Liliana Funes is a Program Director for the Onward Scholars program through the SMET Foundation. The foundation services schools through principal residency in elementary schools, teacher coaching in middle schools and college access programming in high schools throughout the Los Angeles area. Liliana focuses on curating inclusive programming for youth that promotes leadership and personal development, exploration of passions, careers, and colleges. She also serves as the operations lead for the organization and oversees the budget for six sites, facilitates strategic planning, and currently piloting data structures to measure programming outcomes. Liliana is passionate about educational equity, youth leadership, and co-creating space with others. During her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, salsa dancing and attending LAFC games. For her Coro experience, she hopes to expand her professional network, learn from others, and continue to develop her leadership skills.

Lisa Bohmer is a non-profit leader with over 30 years of experience with grant making, programs, research and advocacy. Bohmer directs the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s Global Early Childhood Development Initiative to improve the well-being of families with young children in Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique and the United States. She oversees a team of professionals and serves on the leadership team. Past positions include Director for UNICEF in Ethiopia, Director of Partnerships at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Senior Advisor to the Nike Foundation. Bohmer has consulted with numerous organizations and serves on the Executive Leadership Council of the Early Childhood Development Action Network. She recently served as Chair of the Coalition for Children Affected by AIDS and on the Board of Directors for Funders Concerned About AIDS. Bohmer has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from UCLA. Before joining Chrysalis, Molly was an Associate at Blue Garnet Associates, a strategy consulting firm that helps organizations create lasting social change. Through her participation in CORO’s Executive Leadership Network program, Molly hopes to build meaningful relationships with fellow cohort members and to further explore her leadership style. Stephen Mucher

Stephen Mucher is Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs at UCLA Extension and directs the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UCLA. He held previous leadership positions at UC Berkeley and Bard College where his work focused on the development of post-secondary liberal arts education programs in unconventional settings. These roles have included secondary teaching positions in Honduras, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Metro Detroit, faculty positions at Eastern Michigan University and New York’s Bard College, teaching incarcerated college students through the Bard Prison Initiative, directing Bard’s Master of Arts in Teaching Program and Teacher Residency in Koreatown, and consulting on projects developing tertiary educational opportunities in U.N.H.C.R camps in Kenya and Bangladesh through the Open Society University Network.
For the past decade, Mucher has been rooted in Koreatown where he was active in the development of a U.S. Department of Education Teacher Quality Partnership grant and building workforce capacity in the LA Promise Zone. Mucher remains committed to developing higher education programs that demonstrate the unique power of the arts and humanities to forge greater community coherence, resilience, inclusion, and belonging. He looks forward to building new networks with Coro peers and developing executive leadership skills relevant to the expansion of UCLA’s new downtown location and strategic goal to deepen its engagement with the city of Los Angeles.
Mucher earned a Ph.D. in Educational Foundations and Policy from the University of Michigan. He is a father of two young adults and lives in Pasadena.

Taneen is an in-house employee relations leader and employment attorney with 12 years of experience across technology, media, and nonprofit companies. She currently serves as Head of Employee Relations at AnitaB.org. She coaches executives and managers through high-stakes employee relations matters and advises on equitable people practices, including culture-building initiatives. Taneen is a first generation Iranian-American and the eldest child of an immigrant family. She has had speaking engagements at UCLA, Stanford, and at Design/HR panels in Los Angeles. She has been proud to partner with UCLA to produce produce diversity-centered art shows and Supervisor Academy. She is also an incoming board member at Safe & Sound. Tiffany Caldas (she/they/he) is a social welfare strategist and artist. Tiffany currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Partnership for Growth LA, where they support executive leadership and oversee the organization’s communications, stakeholder engagement, and team and culture development.
Tiffany completed their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Art from the University of Miami with honors. Tiffany received their Master’s in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles, where they concentrated in communities, organizations and policy. Tiffany also holds a Certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University.
